Use the 4-digit account number on your bill to access your account.

To make a payment now, please click on the Make a Payment button. A new browser tab will open into our Nextbillpay portal.

You can make payments via credit cards, debit cards, or e-check/ACH, and you can also sign up for autopay through the Nexbillpay online payment portal. You can also make payments by phone (via automated IVR) at 866-583-1176. If you decide to use the online or pay-by-phone service, you will be charged a fee for payments made through the Nexbillpay payment processing service.

Payment of $250 or less: $2.75 flat rate processing fee
Payment of more than $250: 2.75% of payment amount processing fee

E-check/ACH

Payment of $5,000 or less: $2.00 flat rate processing fee

Direct Payment to the Co-op

You can also make your payment directly to the Co-op by check, as you did for your Burton Water Company payments. There are no processing fees from the Co-op for checks (or e-checks from your bank’s bill pay service) sent directly to the Co-op.

For payment by check, please make your check payable to Burton Water Co-op and write your account number on the check. Mail your check and payment stub to Burton Water Co-op, PO Box 1938, Vashon, WA 98070 or drop it off at the Burton Store.

The Co-op does not have access to your credit/debit or bank account information.
